COVENTURE 2024 Strategic Action Plan

The Strategic Action Planning workshop took place between August 2023 and October 2023. The workshop helped COVENTURE identify priorities for shifting its strategies from primarily serving startups to working toward a more inclusive approach to economic development. This process not only developed key strategies for for the organization but also identified funding opportunities and created a time bound plan to get projects up and running. Roaring Fork Valley Teacher Affordable Housing Interviews

This project stemmed from a challenge that an affordable housing development had with demand for workforce housing units that it had been building. My team was tasked with interviewing teachers to better understand not only why there was a lack of demand, but also gain a deeper understanding of the challenges that they were facing dealing with housing in the Roaring Fork Valley. We conducted two rounds of interviews and documented some of our key findings below.

Project Defy Business Plan

Project DEFY is an NGO in India that creates spaces of self learning. I helped DEFY with this business plan early in their operations they have now grown from three Nooks (self learning spaces) to over 13 spaces across two contents.
